STEM CELL THERAPEUTICS CORP - SSS.V @ .165 on 1.5 million shares traded. This has pulled back a bit & it does trade good volume. It has tried to break .20 and stalls just like we've always mentioned.
It's 10:30am now and it has good volume already so it may take a run at .19 again, keeping a watch
