You just can't help but notice how this stock is being quietly accumulated. It's not traded heavily, but steadily it is being bought. Fully diluted there are only 40 million shares outstanding. With their $3 million dollars in financing announced just last week and at least one of their two projects likely to report results soon, I expect the quiet accumulation will continue.
